1. What the application stores
The application does not intentionally place email contents, attachments, generated documents, filenames, or checksums in cookies, localStorage, or IndexedDB. File processing uses temporary browser memory and object URLs needed to create your downloads.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not currently set optional analytics, advertising, personalisation, or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not use tracking pixels in the website. Remote pixels and images contained in uploaded emails are removed from the normalized preview.
The hosting or network provider may deploy strictly necessary security technologies to deliver the site, balance traffic, remember an abuse challenge, or defend against attacks. Those mechanisms are not used by us for behavioural advertising.
3. Browser controls and consent
You can clear or block storage using your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary provider storage may require you to repeat a security check or may prevent access during an attack. Because the current site does not activate optional cookies, it does not display an optional-cookie consent banner.
4. Future changes
Before enabling optional analytics, advertising, or personalisation, we must update this policy, identify each technology and its duration, and request consent where required. The Privacy Policy explains broader data practices.
